  1. Does Dunlopillo® have a retail store? Yes, Dunlopillo® is an online shopping where you can shop 24 hours a day. Products from Dunlopillo® can be ordered through the website. Orders will be sent directly to your address.
  2. Do I have to make a personal account to shop at Dunlopillo®? Yes. Having a personal account will make the shopping process easier because there is no need to write personal data and addresses every time you shop.
  3. How can I get a personal account from Dunlopillo®? You can register by entering your email in the middle of the website page, then press the "Register Now!" Button. After that, you have an account!
  4. Is the payment process at Dunlopillo® safe? Our payment process is safe and we are committed to always safeguarding your personal data. Your data is safe and will not be used for other purposes except for my beddings.
  5. How long can the product be received by the customer? For shipments in the Jakarta area, the product delivery period is a maximum of 3-4 days. For shipments outside Jakarta, the maximum product delivery period is 5-15 days.
  6. What are the non-refundable product requirements? Buyers are not permitted to return or exchange products that fall into this category, namely Products shipped from abroad, and products made to order (Customized).
  7. Where can I get the latest information / promos from my products? You can find out the latest promos by entering your e-mail address in the "Register Now!" Column. The column is found in the middle on the website page.

  9. What are the terms and conditions for a product that can be returned?      The following are some terms and conditions that buyers must comply with in order to return or exchange products:
  • Products that are exchanged or returned must be in the same condition when received by the Buyer.
  • Products must be in good condition, clean and not yet used.
  • Price tags and barcodes must be intact.
  • Include a return form in printed form (write your return authorization code / order code)
